About My Practice
In working with adult individuals and with couples, I tailor the therapy to the needs and the personality that each person brings to me. I primarily work from a psychodynamic framework but use my life experience and my training in other modalities when your situation indicates that other approaches might be useful. In all of the work I do, you likely will find me to be an actively engaged therapist who quickly comes to care about your struggles.
Generally speaking, I want to help you identify and remove obstacles to having emotionally-fulfilling lives.
